We strive to be transparent and upfront about our selling fee, helping you to make informed decisions with no last minute surprises. There are no hidden charges, everything is included in our fee.
Estate agents in Dublin will normally charge you 1% to 2% of the selling price.

Our Letting & Management Fee
We offer a special introductory fee for your first letting with us, with a letting fee of €400 to let your property. If you would like us to also manage your property, the management fee is €800. Our combined letting and management fee is only €1200, in the first year. There are no hidden charges, everything is included in our letting fee.
