We offer a special fee, for your first property letting with us, there are no hidden charges, everything is included in the fee. No let – No fee.

Management Fee : €800

Letting and Management fee: €1200

Gavin Stone
Director/Owner, BSc (Hons) Estate Agency and Surveying

Gavin started his career in property from a young age, assisting in the management of his family’s property portfolio in Wexford town. Following University in the late 1990’s, he spent a number of years working as an estate agent in the Fulham and Hammersmith districts of London.

He brings a warm personal approach, with a wide range of experience and local knowledge. With a client-first ethos, he will always listen and focus on your personal expectations and requirements.

Gavin, has lived in Dun Laoghaire for a number of years, he is involved with sailing and is a member of the Dun Laoghaire Motor Yacht Club.
