We offer a special fee, for your first letting and management with us, there are no hidden charges, everything is included in the fee. No let – No fee.

Management Fee : €800

Following University in the late 1990’s, he spent a number of years working as an estate agent in the Fulham and Hammersmith districts of London.

He brings a warm, personal approach to his work, supported by extensive industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the local area. With a client-first ethos, Gavin is committed to listening carefully and focusing on each client’s individual expectations and requirements.

Gavin is a native of Wexford town, where he spent his formative years before moving on to pursue his college education.
